What is an AI readiness assessment?

An AI readiness assessment evaluates your business's vulnerability to AI-enabled competitors and identifies opportunities for AI implementation. Our free 5-minute diagnostic analyzes your industry, operations, and competitive landscape to provide a personalized risk report.

How long does the AI assessment take?

Our diagnostic assessment takes approximately 5 minutes and can be completed via voice conversation or text chat. You'll receive your personalized risk report immediately upon completion.

What industries does Anabasis Intelligence serve?

We specialize in 9 verticals: regenerative agriculture, outdoor adventure tourism, craft beverages, boutique hospitality, artisan food & beverage, wellness & alternative health, local retail, blue-collar services & trades, and professional services (legal, accounting, consulting).

Do you provide AI implementation or just consulting?

We provide both strategic consulting and hands-on implementation. This includes AI strategy development, web and mobile development with AI integration, custom automation solutions, and ongoing managed AI services.

What makes Anabasis Intelligence different from other AI consultants?

We combine 25+ years of operational experience across our target industries with deep AI expertise. Everything we sell is already running in production for real businesses — AI voice agents, company knowledge brains, marketing intelligence, and mobile apps — including on our own site. We design, build, deploy, and operate complete systems, not slide decks.

Do I own the system you build for me?

You own your data, your content, and your domain — completely, and you can export them anytime. The intelligence engine that runs your system is licensed to you to use for your business and maintained by us, so you always have someone keeping it current and you're never locked in. If you ever want to own the underlying source outright, that's available as a separate arrangement.

Three decades running businesses. Now we build the AI that runs them.

Everything on this page is already in production for a real company, including the agent in the corner of your screen.

What we build

Why Anabasis Intelligence

We've Run the Businesses We Build For: Decades running businesses in these sectors: franchise growth across 75+ locations, regenerative agriculture, craft beverages on three continents. We know cash flow, margins, and seasonality because we've lived them.
We Build What Others Won't: Off-the-shelf AI is a slop widget; ours is infrastructure. Voice agents trained exclusively on your knowledge. Company brains where AI explains your numbers but deterministic code computes them, so nothing is hallucinated. All on infrastructure you control: your domain, your data, exportable anytime. No templates, no lock-in.
Strategy + Execution in One Partner: We assess, design, build, deploy, and maintain. How fast it goes live depends on your need and your budget. A working system, not a recommendation.

Operating experience in 23 countries, and more than 20 AI systems and apps running in production right now.

AI tools are everywhere, but advantage is not.

How you deploy AI relative to your competitors determines whether it compounds your business or quietly erodes it.

Determine My AI Risk

Start With What Matters Most

You don't need a full AI transformation on day one. Sometimes you just need the right foundation, fast.

Build time depends on your need and your budget.

Same systems thinking as our larger engagements. Tighter scope, faster deployment.

How We Work Together

Clear scopes, fair pricing, and a working system at the end of it.

Customized Tooling

Full Scope AI Services

Web presences, installable apps, AI voice agents, knowledge-based chat, sales and marketing automation, production and inventory systems. If it involves AI and you run in one of our nine verticals, we build it and deploy it.

Living Library for Individuals

Landing page, voice and text AI trained on your entire body of work, searchable content library, bio, contact, SEO. Responds in your voice with citations, and new content is ingested automatically.

Know-How Library for Businesses

Knowledge mapping audit, structured capture sessions with key personnel, custom platform with role-based access, gap dashboard, and freshness monitoring.

No hidden fees and no surprise invoices. We measure the work by what it does for your business, not by hours billed.

What's Yours, What's Ours

Straight answer, before you sign anything:

Yours outright, forever, exportable anytime

Your data: every record, lead, transcript, and document
Your content: your knowledge base, your copy, your brand
Your domain and your accounts. You hold the keys.
The right to walk away and keep running your system on your own infrastructure
Your keys and your spend. Your own AI, voice, and hosting accounts (BYOK), so nothing meters back to us.

Ours, licensed to you and maintained by us

The intelligence engine: architecture, agent logic, and deterministic cores, built over years of integration work
Licensed to run your business, not to resell or hand off to rebuild
Kept current with new models, new capabilities, and security, for as long as you want us

Fair to both of us: you're never trapped, never paying just to keep the lights on. Walk away and your system keeps running; stay and it keeps getting smarter.

Want true ownership of the source? Happy to talk about that as its own thing.
